Debate about pending Tuggeranong ice sports centre contract revisited

For those of you keen to be reminded, from time to time, of the journey we have all shared to see a new ice sports facility constructed in the ACT, this debate in the ACT Legislative Assembly in June 2025 -- in response to a motion to finalise a contract on the project -- is instructive, as well as useful for context as we enter March 2026 with no apparent progress finalising a contract between the ACT Government and its private developer Pelligra Group.
